Viewing the eCatalog
If you're here, you are probably experiencing some trouble viewing our
on-line catalog. The "eCatalog" format uses advanced XML and Adobe Flash version 9 or
greater. From extensive testing we have discovered that some computers and
workstations may not be able to view the eCatalog even when they have the proper
browser applications and software installed. This is almost always due to the
browser and Flash not communicating properly with each other. If you still want
to view the eCatalog, please try the following:
1) Uninstall Flash, then reinstall Flash following the
instructions at Adobe.
2) Try using a different browser (if you are using Microsoft Internet
Explorer, try Mozilla FireFox, or vice versa).
3) Reboot your computer and try again - you may have a memory/cache problem.
4) Make sure to try refreshing the page, or opening/closing your browser.
